Eligibility Information
Based on the LEGION ACT Signed by the President in 2018 and a directive from the American Legion. Anyone serving in the Military, from and any time after, December 7th 1941, with an Honorable Discharge is Eligible to Join the American Legion. Serving in the Military includes Veterans, Active or Retired personnel, Reserve Duty, and National Guard. One day of active duty is required. (This includes boot camp and training)
