Korean Memorial available for viewing 24 hours a day beginning 3:00 PM Friday, 24 hours Saturday and Sunday until 3:00 PM
On June 23-25 2023, American Legion Post 36 Des Plaines will be hosting the traveling Korean War Memorial at Lake Park, 2200 Lee Street Des Plaines, Il. 60616. We are looking for Sponsors to help defray the cost of transporting, insurance, permits and security for the memorial.
Your sponsorship will help bring us closer to our goal of providing an educational and historical event. It is our intent to honor the Korean War Veterans who served from June 25, 1950 to July 27, 1953. With your support you can make this happen.
